Recently I relocated out of state, prior to selling my IL. townhouse. My initial buyer's inspector identified a rather disturbing crack in the foundation. Freddie took the bull by the horns and completed everything that had to be fixed before it could be sold. He not only project managed all contractor's to completion, (architect to assess structural issues, cement contractors to correct, tile workers, carpet layers, etc.) he then personally painted my townhouse to perfection. Believe me when I say this was no small feat. He completed this while I was in Florida working with the realtor to get the place sold. He was detailed in everything he did and everything went as planned on time!

You will not regret hiring Advanced Construction Enterprises for any future projects you may have. I HIGHLY recommend Freddie to any and all! My only wish is to find a "Florida Freddie", but I'll never find someone as trustworthy and honest. Thanks again Freddie for making my life less stressful.

We have used Glenn Fredricksen's services for over 15 years. Aside from being an excellent handyman, he built our terrific deck, our entertainment center, our bookcases, and redid a bathroom. His painting skills are creative as well as meticulous. At work, we added a new office which Fred redecorated very nicely.
